作者以上海地区儿童脑作为材料,用166半球对其外側面的靜脉分布以及用160个半球对这些靜脉的吻合进行了观察(其中有6个半球的吻合遭遇損坏)。 1.大脑上靜脉,各側以7条(19.2%)占首位,在同一脑上左右同数或相差1—2条(74.7%)为最多。竇开口数多半为6—8个(56.6%),如以同一脑上左右的竇开口数相互比較,同数或相差1—2条(81.9%)为最多。 2.大脑中靜脉,各半球以1—3条(85.6%)为最多。发現完全缺如者有7例(4.2%),特別細弱者則有16例(9.6%)。 3.大脑下靜脉,各侧以2—3条(74.8%)为最多。典型者都自前上方向后下方呈斜行归流于横竇。 4.半球外側面的靜脉吻合,根据三种靜脉不同形式的吻合分为七型。在同一半球上未发現七个类型共存,而具有六个类型者仅1例,五个类型者有17例,反之全部缺如者則有16例。 5.大脑上靜脉相互間的吻合54例中类似Grzybowski氏所谓花籃环状吻合有5例。 6.前大吻合靜脉V.anastomotica magna anterior分为Trolard氏吻合(包括Sperina,Hedon和Testut所主张的在內)和Trolard氏靜脉。在160个半球中,前者为127例(79.4%),后者为21例(13.1%)。 7.后大吻合靜脉V.anastomotica magna posterior决定了如本文中所列的三种类型,其中除去特殊的新类型即第Ⅲ型(Labbe氏吻合的变形)占3例(1.9%)外,第Ⅰ型为Labbe氏吻合(所謂完全型)有17例(10.6%),第Ⅱ型为Labbe氏靜脉(所謂不完全型)占27例(16.9%)。
Using the brain of children in Shanghai as an example, the author observed the veins of the lateral veins with 166 hemispheres and the anastomosis of these veins with 160 hemispheres, of which six hemispheres were anastomosed. 1. The upper cerebral vein, each side of the seven (19.2%) accounted for the first place in the same brain about the same number or a difference of 1-2 (74.7%) for the most. The number of sinus openings was mostly 6-8 (56.6%). If the number of sinus openings on the same brain were compared with one another, the number of sinus openings was the highest (81.9%). 2. The middle cerebral vein, each hemisphere to 1-3 (85.6%) for the most. Seven cases (4.2%) found complete absence, and 16 cases (9.6%) especially very weak. 3. The lower cerebral vein, 2-3 (74.8%) on each side is the most. Typical who are from the front of the following oblique oblique back to the transverse sinus. 4. The outer hemisphere venous anastomosis, according to three different types of anastomosis is divided into seven types. No seven types of coexistence were found in the same hemisphere, while only one in six types, 17 in five, and 16 in all. 5. Anastomotica Magna anterior is divided into Trolard’s anastomoses (including those advocated by Sperina, Hedon and Testut) and Trolard’s veins. Of the 160 hemispheres, the former was 127 (79.4%) and the latter 21 (13.1%). 7. The posteroanovic magna posterior determines the three types as listed here, with the exception of the special new type, Type III (Labbe’s anastomosis), in 3 cases (1.9%), with Seventeen (10.6%) were Labb’s anastomoses (so-called complete) and 27 (16.9%) were Labb’s second-type veins (so-called incomplete).
