为了解读者需求,进一步提高期刊质量,建立了《人民军医》杂志读者调查信息管理与处理机制。通过设置和刊登读者调查问卷有效收集信息,建立读者信息管理数据库,并根据各类信息的处理时限要求和重要程度采取3类7级的分期分级处理程序。实践证明,此机制对提升编辑人员的危机意识、规范工作流程及提高期刊影响力有一定作用。
In order to understand the needs of readers and to further improve the quality of journals, a mechanism has been established for the management and processing of survey information of People’s Military Medical magazine. By setting up and publishing readers ’questionnaires to effectively collect information and establish a database of readers’ information management, and according to the processing time limit and importance of various types of information, we adopt three kinds of 7-level staging procedures. Practice has proved that this mechanism has a certain effect on enhancing editors’ awareness of crisis, standardizing work flow and improving journal influence.
