“人肉搜索”最早诞生于猫扑网络社区,表现为网络社区成员之间的,网络社区成员与普通网民之间的互动模式,通过大规模的网民参与和互动推动实现信息共享,从而顺畅搜索的过程。本文通过对“人肉搜索”现象及其涉及的网络隐私权问题的研究,并从法律角度分析其目前的现状,进而提出保护公民个人信息的合理对策和建议。
