对H62黄铜片进行了氢气、氨气,真空、铸铁屑和三氧化二铝保护退火。氢气保护退火铜片表面光亮质量最佳。铜片间撒上少许氧化铝粉,可防止铜片发生粘连。真空退火铜片内的锌蒸发出来,使铜片粘连无法拆开。其它保护退火后铜片表面产生不同程度的氧化。对氢气和真空退火的铜片,进行了金相观察和机械性能测定。分析了氢气与真空退火铜片粘连的实质性差别。
H62 brass sheet was hydrogen, ammonia, vacuum, cast iron filings and aluminum oxide protection annealing. Hydrogen annealed copper surface of the best quality light. Sprinkle a little alumina powder between the copper sheet, to prevent the occurrence of copper adhesion. Zinc annealed in the vacuum annealed copper sheet evaporates out of the copper sheet and can not be disassembled. After the other protection annealing copper surface have different degrees of oxidation. On hydrogen and vacuum annealing of copper, metallographic observation and mechanical properties were measured. The substantial differences between hydrogen and vacuum annealed copper sheets were analyzed.
