采用反相高效液相色谱法同时测定烯唑醇和高效氯氰菊酯的含量。色谱条件:以甲醇-水(体积比85∶15)为流动相,流速1.0mL/min,经Kromasil C18250mm×4.6mm不锈钢色谱柱分离,可变波长紫外检测器230nm检测。结果表明:烯唑醇和高效氯氰菊酯的线性相关系数分别为0.9966、0.9968,变异系数分别为0.133%、0.437%,平均回收率分别为99.75%、99.69%。
Simultaneous Determination of Diniconazole and Beta-cypermethrin by Reversed-Phase High Performance Liquid Chromatography. Chromatographic conditions: methanol-water (85:15 by volume) as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 mL / min, separated on a Kromasil C18 250 mm 4.6 mm stainless steel column and detected by a variable wavelength UV detector at 230 nm. The results showed that the linear correlation coefficients of diniconazole and alpha-cypermethrin were 0.9966 and 0.9968, respectively. The coefficients of variation were 0.133% and 0.437%, respectively. The average recoveries were 99.75% and 99.69%, respectively.
