The fourth executive council of Fujian Provincial Institute of Fisheries, the third council on January 1 held in Minxi Hotel in Longyan City. Thirteen executive directors and 40 directors attended the meeting, both exceeding half the number and meeting the statutory standard of number of people. At the first standing executive council meeting, the delegates to the meeting approved the Proposal on Supplementing Some Directors and the resignation of Secretary-General Lu Zhenzhong and proposed that the proposal be submitted by the provincial Bureau of Oceanic and Fishery Science and Technology
