研究氚的相对生物效应,特别是低剂量照射下的RBE,对制定氚的辐射防护标准具有重要意义。本实验选择~(60)Coγ射线作为比较射线,以小鼠初级卵母细胞存活率和诱发卵母细胞的显性致死突变数为观察终点,研究了氚的相对生物效应系数(RBE值)。
Studying the relative biological effects of tritium, especially the RBE under low dose radiation, is of great significance for the development of tritium radiation protection standards. In this experiment, ~ (60) Coγ-ray was selected as the comparative ray, and the relative bioavailability coefficient (RBE value) of tritium was studied based on the observation of the survival rate of primary oocyte in mice and the dominant lethal mutation induced in oocytes.
