买福利彩票就是做慈善。“福彩助学——福彩学校”公益活动资助金全部来自福利彩票公益金,来自深圳万千福利彩票彩民的爱心汇聚、点滴贡献。1987年,深圳市开始发行福利彩票,截至2013年,全市累计销售福利彩票总销量209亿元,筹集公益金达66.2亿元,由各级政府统筹使用,用于发展社会福利和公益事业。仅在深圳就资助了1000多个(次)社会福利事业和社会公益事业项目。深圳福彩秉承“扶老、助残、救孤、济困”的发行宗旨,筹集的公益金惠及老、残、孤、困等弱势群体,助推了深圳社会福利及社会公益事业的发展。
