采用大变形弹塑性有限元法的显式动力学模块(ANSYS/LS-DYNA)对棒材热连轧时椭圆一圆孔型的应变场进行了有限元模拟。得到的应变分布规律,无论是“椭进圆”还是“圆进椭”均与理论结果一致,这表明利用ANSYS/LS-DYNA求解孔型中轧制的三维变形问题可为提高产品的尺寸精度提供设计依据;轧件头尾两端不但变形剧烈,而且变形不均严重,这是刚塑性交界面及外端的影响所致;利用有限元法求解椭圆—圆孔型中的三维变形问题可清楚地显示出轧件在孔型中金属的流动状态,这对提高棒材热连轧的稳定性具有重要的参考价值。
