现行剧团的体制严重束缚艺术生产力的发展,因此,戏曲界许多同志强烈呼吁,要尽快进行改革。一九八○年十一月二十九日,本刊编辑部邀请了几位戏曲界的同志进行座谈。以下是部分与会同志的发言摘要。我们希望戏剧界以及广大的观众关注这一问题,并望提出自己的宝贵意见。
Therefore, many comrades in the opera circles have strongly urged that the reform be carried out as soon as possible. On November 29, 1980, the editorial department of this magazine invited comrades from several opera circles to hold informal discussions. The following is a summary of speeches made by some of the participating comrades. We hope that the theater industry and the general public will pay attention to this issue and hope to put forward its own precious opinions.
