The U.S. Agency for International Development and the “Soros” Foundation in Kazakhstan have started their largest AIDS prevention and surveillance program in Central Asia. Among the participants in the plan are Mu A Uezov, President of the “Soros” Foundation of Kazakhstan, and GerAngels, head of the U.S. Agency for International Development Agency in Central Asia. Mr. Angelis emphasized that AIDS is a worldwide problem that has an impact on socio-economic development. No country has no AIDS patients. near
