On September 6, 2015, the Administrative Measures on Fujian Provincial Scenic Area for Water Resources passed the deliberation of the provincial government executive meeting. Fujian Province has both mountains and rivers, developed water system and superior aquatic environment, forming a rich and unique scenic water resource.
