本文介绍Danesi在认知语言学和神经科学基础上提出的双模式语言教学理论,然后对该理论与传统语言教学法之间的不同作出分析,同时也指出该理论存在的不足。我们认为双模式教学理论值得我国大学英语教学借鉴和尝试。
This article introduces Danesi’s dual-mode language teaching theory based on cognitive linguistics and neuroscience, and then analyzes the differences between this theory and traditional language pedagogy. It also points out the shortcomings of the theory. We think that dual-mode teaching theory is worth learning and trying out in our college English teaching.
