物流是生产通往消费的重要桥梁和纽带,大力发展现代物流业将成为刺激消费需求的重要手段。作为物流业重要的组成部分,农产品物流与城市居民食品消费之间存在互相影响、互相制约的关系。本文运用偏离份额法分析了当前我国城市居民食品消费规模及结构的变动趋势,进而对城市居民食品消费与农产品物流之间的互动关系进行了理论与实证分析,并在此基础上提出了促进物流发展与提升我国城市居民食品消费水平的对策建议。
Logistics is an important bridge linking production to consumption. Developing modern logistics industry will become an important means to stimulate consumer demand. As an important part of the logistics industry, there exists a mutual influence and mutual restraint relationship between agricultural products logistics and urban residents’ food consumption. This paper analyzes the trend of the change of the scale and structure of food consumption of urban residents in our country using the deviation-share method, and then makes a theoretical and empirical analysis of the interaction between urban residents’ food consumption and agricultural product logistics. Based on this, Suggestions on Developing and Promoting Food Consumption Level of Urban Residents in China.
