以汕优 149为材料 ,研究了 4 PU- 30对杂交水稻后期衰老和再生芽的影响。结果表明 ,在齐穗后 10 d喷 4 PU- 30能显著提高叶片叶绿素含量 ,减少脂质过氧化产物丙二醛 (MDA)的积累 ,降低细胞膜透性 ,使叶片 SOD酶活性下降变慢。同时 ,4 PU- 30能增强水稻根系活力 ,增加头季产量和茎秆物质积累量 ,分别比对照提高 3.3%和 4 .15% ,促进再生芽生长 ,提高活芽率 ,对下部节位芽的作用尤为显著。
Using Shanyou 149 as material, the effects of 4 PU-30 on the post-senescence and regeneration buds of hybrid rice were studied. The results showed that spraying 4 PU-30 10 d after heading could significantly increase the content of chlorophyll, reduce the accumulation of lipid peroxidation product malondialdehyde (MDA), decrease the membrane permeability and decrease the SOD activity of leaves. At the same time, 4 PU-30 enhanced the root vigor of rice and increased the accumulation of the first season and the accumulation of stalks, which increased by 3.3% and 4.15% respectively compared with the control, promoted the growth of regenerated shoots and increased the percentage of viable buds. The role is particularly significant.
