目的探究急性上消化道出血的临床特点,选择科学的方法治疗急性上消化道出血。方法分析72例急性上消化道出血患者的诊治治疗情况。结果该组患者严格按照科学的方法进行诊治,除1人死亡,3人转外科,其余均病愈出院。结论急性上消化道出血的病因非常复杂,需要通过病史,同时依照出血量及其伴随症状,再根据辅助检查进行相应的诊断,选择科学合理的治疗方法防治复发,可有效降低病死率,且预后良好。
Objective To investigate the clinical features of acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding and choose the scientific method to treat acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding. Methods The diagnosis and treatment of 72 patients with acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding were analyzed. Results The patients in this group were diagnosed and treated strictly in accordance with the scientific method. All except one died, three were transferred to the hospital, and the rest were discharged. Conclusions The cause of acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding is very complex, need to pass the medical history, according to the amount of bleeding and its accompanying symptoms, and then according to the auxiliary examination for the appropriate diagnosis, choose a scientific and rational treatment to prevent recurrence, which can effectively reduce the mortality and prognosis good.
