当需切割厚度超过100毫米的大型工件时,往往会遇到一瓶氧气不够使用的问题。由于氧气量不够,切割中途停顿,换好氧气瓶后再继续切割,此时原切割处的钠板已冷却,需从新开始预热,从而造成氧气被浪费,生产效率降低。使用氧气回流排,可把六瓶氧气并联使用,以满足切割大型工件时对氧气的需求量。氧气回流排的构造如图所示。氧气回流排的制作: 排体是回流排中的主要零件,要求它韧性好、组织紧密,能经受较大的压力。可选用牌号为HNi65—5的镍黄铜作回流排的材料。先把一块尺寸为φ100×36的毛坯在炉中
