徐德凝(1949-),又称老撒,辽宁大连人,是一位知名企业家和诗人。辽宁省民俗文化协会副会长,研究员;辽宁省作家协会会员、大连华夏文化促进会副会长;大连市建市百年特殊贡献奖获得者、普兰店市政协委员、优秀企业家、中华名人、大连市十佳名人、国家一级古建项目管理证书获得者;大连市古建筑园林工程公司董事长。于1997年8月出版了第一部诗集《行吟集》,两年后又出版了《放歌行》《海之韵》,至今已出版八部诗集。自称:快乐批发商!又谓:半工半农,半土半洋,半今半古,半城半乡,半僧半道,半痴半狂,半个文人,半个武将。
Xu De Ning (1949-), also known as Laosa, Dalian, Liaoning Province, is a well-known entrepreneur and poet. Vice chairman and researcher of Liaoning Provincial Folk Culture Association; member of Liaoning Provincial Writers Association, vice president of Dalian Huaxia Culture Promotion Association; winner of Centennial Special Contribution Award of Dalian City, member of CPPCC Pulandian City, outstanding entrepreneur, Dalian Top Ten celebrities, a national ancient construction project management certificate winner; Dalian City, the ancient architectural garden engineering company chairman. In August 1997, the first collection of poems was published, and two years later “The Song of the Songs” and “The Rhyme of the Sea” were published. Up to now, eight anthologies of poems have been published. Self-proclaimed: happy wholesaler!
