通过对CNC控制系统的分析,建立了轮廓误差的数学模型.从复杂加工曲线中抽取出典型曲线,讨论了产生轮廓误差的主要原因和外界扰动的特性,为进一步设计控制器提供了有用的结论.
Through the analysis of CNC control system, the mathematical model of contour error is established. The typical curves are extracted from complex machining curves. The main causes of contour errors and the characteristics of external disturbances are discussed. The results provide useful conclusions for the further design of controllers.
