本研究在分析职业生涯规划教育实质和高职院校人才培养现状的基础上,探讨了将职业生涯规划教育融入高职院校人才培养全过程的作用。用实证的方法,研究出一套将职业生涯规划教育融入高职院校人才培养全过程的实施途径,即进行职业生涯规划相关课程的教材和课程标准建设;结合高职院校培养开展适合职业生涯规划教育体验式的教学手段与教学方法的研究;开展大学生职业生涯规划教育指导教师队伍建设等。
Based on the analysis of the essence of career planning education and the current situation of personnel training in higher vocational colleges, this study explores the role of career planning education in the whole process of talent cultivation in higher vocational colleges. Using empirical methods, a set of ways to integrate career planning education into the whole process of personnel training in higher vocational colleges is put forward, which is to construct the teaching materials and curriculum standards for the related courses of career planning. Combining with the cultivation of vocational colleges, Career planning education experiential teaching methods and teaching methods; to carry out college career planning education guidance teacher team building.
