对1993年第2批研制的子午线轮胎专用天然橡胶(样品编号为9301)的基本性能进行了试验研究,并与1992年第1批研制的样品(编号7182)对比。结果表明,9301生胶的各项化学性能、塑性及老化性能均达到预期的技术指标。9301混炼胶的硫化特性与国外样品SMR10接近,胶料的焦烧时间和正硫化时间比7182样品稍长。9301硫化胶的撕裂强度优于SMR10,而扯断伸长率稍低,其余物理机械性能基本相近。
The basic properties of natural rubber for radial tire (No. 9301) developed in the second batch in 1993 were studied and compared with the first batch of samples (No. 7182) developed in 1992. The results showed that all the chemical properties, plasticity and aging properties of 9301 raw rubber reached the expected technical specifications. The vulcanization properties of 9301 compound rubber are close to that of foreign sample SMR10. The scorch time and positive vulcanization time of rubber compound are slightly longer than that of 7182 sample. 9301 vulcanizate tear strength is better than SMR10, while the elongation at break slightly lower, the rest of the physical and mechanical properties are similar.
