Many microorganisms are associated with endodontics and periodontal disease, and immunoglobulins have been found in the area of localized inflammation of bacterial infections. And now that bacteria in the root canal or periodontal tissue infection can stimulate systemic immune response. The aim of this paper is to investigate the relationship between oral anaerobic bacteria and dental pulp infection by measuring serum IgG antibody level.
