建立了食品中安赛蜜、苯甲酸、山梨酸和糖精钠四种食品添加剂的高效液相色谱同时测定方法。样品经简单预处理后,使用反相C18分离,以甲醇和乙酸铵溶液(0.02mol/L)为流动相,在紫外波长230nm、流速1.3ml/min、柱温为室温的条件下同时测定食品中安赛蜜、苯甲酸、山梨酸和糖精钠含量。经反复实验,该方法测定线性关系好,相关系数r均在0.9992以上;回收率为98.62%~100.12%、相对标准偏差RSD≤1.06%。该方法简便、快速、准确、回收率高,适用于大批样品同时进行该4种食品添加剂的检测。
A method for simultaneous determination of four kinds of food additives including acesulfame, benzoic acid, sorbic acid and sodium saccharin in food by high performance liquid chromatography was established. After simple pretreatment, the sample was separated by reversed-phase C18, and the mobile phase consisted of methanol and ammonium acetate solution (0.02 mol / L) as the mobile phase. Simultaneous determination of foodstuffs at UV wavelength of 230 nm, flow rate of 1.3 ml / min and column temperature of room temperature In acesulfame, benzoic acid, sorbic acid and sodium saccharin content. After repeated experiments, the method has good linearity, the correlation coefficient r is above 0.9992, the recovery rate is 98.62% ~ 100.12%, and the relative standard deviation RSD≤1.06%. The method is simple, rapid, accurate and has high recovery rate and is suitable for testing a large batch of samples simultaneously with the four food additives.
