深圳的广告公司经历了这样几个发展阶段: 第一阶段,是国营及股份制的广告公司独领风骚的年代。在上世纪80年代末90年代初,深圳涌现出很多著名企业和品牌,这些企业急需婴实力相当的广告公司为其服务。当时,市场竞争不是很激烈,广告公司只需向消费者宣传产品即可。其工作一般倾向于外部传播,如拍摄影视、制作平面、发布媒体等,对产品定位、品牌的长期塑造等考虑得比较少,更遑论企业内部策略了。所以在初期,广告公司都是以大型国营企业为主。当时著名的广告公司有国企、旅广、美广、威格等。国企广告是深圳第一家与国际广告公司(智威汤逊)
