智能电网是当今电力系统发展变革的重要方向,各个国家正在积极推进。储能装置的发展可以提高能源利用率,使智能电网更加安全经济有效的运行。在概括介绍储能装置的效益评价方法和储能装置分类的基础上,重点以电化学储能电池为对象,建立了储能装置综合经济评价模型和优化模型,模型中考虑了造价、人工、建设和维修等成本,以及年运行收入、网损、排放、容量和电价等收益,优化模型以储能装置的最终收益最大化为目标,以网络损耗为约束。最后通过IEEE 5节点算例对储能装置进行经济效益求解,并给出储能装置接入系统后的优化结果。结果表明,所构建模型具有可行性和有效性。
The smart grid is an important direction for the development of the power system today. All countries are making active progress. The development of energy storage devices can improve energy efficiency and make the smart grid more secure and cost-effective operation. On the basis of a general introduction of the evaluation methods of energy storage devices and the classification of energy storage devices, an integrated economic evaluation model and optimization model of energy storage devices are mainly focused on electrochemical energy storage batteries. Considering the cost, labor, Construction and maintenance costs, as well as annual operating income, net loss, emissions, capacity and electricity and other revenue, the optimization model to maximize the final energy storage device as the goal, to network loss constraints. At last, the economic benefits of the energy storage device are solved by the example of IEEE 5-bus, and the optimization result after the energy storage device is connected to the system is given. The results show that the proposed model is feasible and effective.
