高职院校作为培养酒店人才的重要,在培养目标、专业技能教育、综合素质教育、职业道德和服务意识及外语能力培养方面尚显不足。尚不能紧跟市场需求、满足行业要求,造成了目前酒店业正面临的人才供给与需求错位的现象。本文旨在根据酒店行业对人才需求的特征以及高校人才培养目标的定位,探索以社会需求为导向、行业企业为依托,通过校企深度结合,探讨解决目前高校培养的人才与市场所需求的人才之间存在的不相适应的问题。
