急性心肌梗塞(AMI)后并发泵衰竭是其死亡主要原因之一,早期发现及时治疗至关重要,我们对资料完整的52例AMI进行回顾性分析,探讨静息心电图V_1导联P波终末电势(Ptf-V_1)对预测AMI并发泵衰竭的价值。 一般资料 本组52例AMI病人均根据典型的临床表现、心电图演变及心肌酶学改变确诊。男41例,女11例,年龄39~71岁,平均年龄51岁。其中前间壁18例;广泛前壁14例;下壁7例;下后壁4例;后壁2例;前侧壁7例。
