目的了解鞍山市市售水产品中副溶血性弧菌污染状况,为水产品的食用安全及食源性疾病的防控提供依据。方法按照《全国食源性致病菌监测工作手册》进行操作,对鞍山市2012—2015年共计164份水产品进行副溶血性弧菌检测。结果 164份水产品中检出副溶血性弧菌60株,总检出率为36.59%。其中,虾类检出率最高,为70.83%;其次是贝类,检出率为46.77%。淡水产品和海水产品检出率比较,差异无统计学意义(χ~2=1.067,P>0.05);夏秋季检出率高于冬春季,夏秋季和冬春季比较,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.018,P<0.05);不同采集地点检出率差异有统计学意义(χ~2=12.180,P<0.01)。结论鞍山市售水产品存在不同程度的副溶血性弧菌污染,应加强水产品的监管力度。
Objective To understand the status of Vibrio parahaemolyticus in commercial aquatic products in Anshan City and provide the basis for food safety and foodborne disease prevention and control of aquatic products. Methods According to the National Foodborne Pathogenic Bacteria Monitoring Manual, a total of 164 aquatic products from 2012 to 2015 in Anshan were tested for Vibrio parahaemolyticus. Results 60 isolates of Vibrio parahaemolyticus were detected in 164 aquatic products with a total detection rate of 36.59%. Among them, the highest detection rate of shrimp was 70.83%; followed by shellfish, the detection rate was 46.77%. The detection rates of freshwater products and seawater products were not statistically different (χ ~ 2 = 1.067, P> 0.05). The detection rates in summer and autumn were higher than those in winter and spring, with significant difference between summer and autumn (P <0.05) χ ~ 2 = 4.018, P <0.05). There was significant difference in the detection rate of different collection sites (χ ~ 2 = 12.180, P <0.01). Conclusion There are varying degrees of Vibrio parahaemolyticus contamination in the aquatic products sold in Anshan City, and the supervision of aquatic products should be strengthened.
