本文主要对平板—圆筒连接结构计算模型进行了大量的应力数值分析,从中找出了圆平板在弹性支承下的应力分布规律。并首次采用(t/T)和(T/D)两个无量纲参数,提出了圆平板在弹性支承下的强度设计方法。从而较好地解决了飞机液压结构及着陆系统圆平板的强度计算;同时该设计方法,对压力容器平盖的强度计算亦具有指导意义。
In this paper, a large number of stress numerical analysis is performed on the calculation model of flat-cylindrical connection structure, and the stress distribution law of circular flat plate under elastic support is found out. For the first time, two dimensionless parameters of (t/T) and (T/D) were adopted, and the strength design method of the circular plate under elastic support was proposed. Therefore, the strength calculation of the aircraft hydraulic structure and the landing plate circular plate is well solved. At the same time, this design method also has guiding significance for the calculation of the strength of the pressure vessel flat cover.
