为研究幼年类风湿病(JRD)患儿血清可溶性白细胞介素2受体(SIL—2R)水平的变化,我们采用双抗体夹心间接ELISA法检测了20例JRD患儿和正常儿童血清SIL—2R。结果显示:活动期血清SIL—2R水平较缓解期和正常对照明显增高(P<0.01),并和红细胞沉降率(ESR)呈正相关,4例复发患儿血清SIL—2R水平再度升高。提示JRD活动期血清SIL—2R水平的变化可反映它的病情及判断其是否活动的标志。
To investigate the changes of serum soluble interleukin 2 receptor (sIL-2R) in children with rheumatoid arthritis (JRD), we detected the serum levels of SIL-2R in 20 children with JRD and normal controls by indirect ELISA . The results showed that the serum level of SIL-2R in active stage was significantly higher than that in remission stage and normal control group (P <0.01), and positively correlated with erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR). Serum SIL-2R level in 4 relapsed children increased again . Tip JRD activity changes in serum SIL-2R levels reflect its condition and to determine whether it is a sign of activity.
