沥青路面水泥稳定就地冷再生基层技术是将需要改建或大修的旧路面结构层,经过铣刨、破碎,并加入适量的水泥稳定剂,在常温情况下进行加水拌和、摊铺、碾压,使之形成具有一定使用功能的再生混合料,用于铺筑路面基层或底基层的工艺技术,是一种利于环保和节约能源的道路维修方式。最早应用于欧美国家,随着我国公路建设的突飞猛进,沥青路面维修养护量的不断增加,公路养护问题日益突出,在旧路面修复工程中开始逐步推广应用这项技术。
