本文主要介绍以MC6803单片机为中心的微型计算机系统,作为KJ4煤矿安全、生产监控系统的一个关键部件——井下分站的设计。侧重介绍了针对煤矿井下无人看守、潮湿、粉尘大、干扰严重、电网电压波动大的恶劣环境,在采样、控制、防干扰以及与中心站计算机通讯方面的硬件设计。并给出了井下分站软件的主要程序框图。
This article mainly introduces the MC6803 single-chip microcomputer as the center of the microcomputer system, as KJ4 mine safety, production monitoring system, a key component - underground substation design. This article focuses on the hardware design for sampling, controlling, preventing interference and computer communication with the central station for the harsh environment of unmanned coal mine, dampness, big dust, serious interference and large grid voltage fluctuation. And gives the main program block diagram of underground substation software.
