目的 探讨引起肝胆外科护理投诉的主要原因,并提出解决这种问题相应的对策.方法 选取在我院接诊的27例肝胆外科住院患者,回顾性分析27例肝胆外科住院患者对护理服务口头投诉的资料,对患者护理投诉的原因进行全面分析,总结肝胆外科针对护理投诉问题解决的主要方法.结果 在27例护理纠纷投诉患者中,9起投诉事件由于执行岗位职责不到位,占比例为33.33 %,8起由于护理技术问题,占比例为29.63%,4起由于服务态度,占比例为14.81%,4起由于法律意识淡薄,占比例为14.81%,其他原因2起,占比例为7.41%.结论 在肝胆外科的临床护理过程中,需要不断提高护理人员的服务质量和专科管理水平,建立完善的护患关系,减少临床护理纠纷事件的发生.“,”Objective: To investigate the complaints mainly hepatobiliary surgery care, and the corresponding countermeasures. Methods: In 27 cases of hospital admissions of patients with hepatobiliary surgery hospital, were retrospectively analyzed data of 27 patients on oral care complaints, for reasons of patient care complaints comprehensive analysis, summarized hepatobiliary surgery to resolve complaints against nursing major methods. Results: In 27 cases complaints were nursing patients, nine complaints due to perform their duties not in place, accounting for 33.33 percent, eight technical problems due care, accounting for 29.63%, 4 cases due to the service attitude, accounting for 14.81%, 4 cases due to legal awareness weak, accounting for 14.81%, 2 other reasons, accounting for 7.41%.Conclusion: The nursing process in clinical hepatobiliary surgery, the need to constantly improve the quality of nursing services and specialist management level, establish and improve the nurse-patient relationship, reduce the incidence of clinical nursing dispute event.
