以辣椒幼苗为试材,设置5个浓度梯度,即A(0,对照)、B(50 mg/kg)、C(100 mg/kg)、D(150 mg/kg)和E(200 mg/kg),处理后每10 d取样,验证不同浓度的多效唑浸根处理对植株生长的影响。结果表明:随多效唑浓度提高,辣椒幼苗株高和各部分干重降低,茎粗和根冠比先上升后下降;浓度为100 mg/kg时,壮苗指数最高,是培育壮苗的最适浓度。
Five peppermint seedlings were used as test materials, and five concentration gradients (A (0, CK), B (50 mg / kg) kg). Samples were taken every 10 days after the treatment to verify the effects of different concentrations of paclobutrazol treatment on plant growth. The results showed that the plant height and dry weight of pepper seedlings decreased with the increase of paclobutrazol concentration, and the stem diameter and root / shoot ratio first increased and then decreased. At the concentration of 100 mg / kg, the seedling index was the highest, which was the optimum concentration.
