一年级刚入学不久,班内频频有孩子来找我告状,而且每次都是告她———圆圆,一个很少笑、不爱说话、情绪又反复无常的小女孩。我开始关注她:上课喜欢啃手指、咬书包带子,在教师多次提醒下注意力也很难集中;她说话缓慢而咬字音重;每次默写词语都要反过来写,题目练习从不看要求,随意乱填,入学以来的几次练习都是不及格;会因为一些小事与同学发生言语冲突,甚至会有瞪着眼睛拿书或尺子打别人的暴力倾向。长此以往,同学们都不愿跟她玩,谁也不愿意跟她做同桌。作为班主任我心急如焚,得想办法帮助这个孩子。
