单纯性红细胞再障是一种罕见特殊类型的再障,血象及骨髓象中仅有红细胞减少而粒细胞及巨核细胞数正常.发病机制与免疫有关。本文报道自1964年来收治的6例。治疗用雄激素均无效,3例对皮质激素有效,1例经各种治疗无效后,用6硫唑嘌呤有效.本文对诊断及治疗进行了讨论.
Simple red cell aplasia is a rare special type of aplastic anemia, blood and bone marrow only erythrocyte reduction and the number of granulocytes and megakaryocytes normal.The pathogenesis is related to immunity. This article reports 6 cases that have been treated since 1964. Treatment androgen were ineffective, 3 cases of corticosteroids effective, 1 case after various treatment is invalid, 6 azathioprine effective.This article discusses the diagnosis and treatment.
