国家助学贷款为信用贷款,借款学生无须提供任何担保,然而学生信用资质与普通商业信用贷款中信用评级相距甚远。因此,管理好、使用好、回收好国家助学贷款是事关实现教育公平、促进高等教育发展、提高全民族素质的重大问题。
The national student loan is a credit loan, and borrowers are not required to provide any guarantee. However, student credit quality is far from the credit rating of ordinary commercial credit loans. Therefore, managing well, using well and recycling good country student loans is a major issue that concerns the realization of educational equity, the development of higher education and the improvement of the quality of the entire nation.
