目的 探索局部晚期食管癌放射治疗安全、有效的治疗效果 方法 2 9例重度梗阻无远处转移的局部晚期食管癌 ,先给予鼻饲管插入以解决进食困难 ,再给予根治性放射治疗。结果 所有病人均能顺利完成治疗 ,体重和体质均得到明显提高 ,所有病人都恢复进食。 1、 2年生存率分别为 44.83% (1 3/2 9)、 2 7.59% (8/2 9)。结论 重度梗阻无远处转移的局部晚期食管癌 ,先给予鼻饲管插入 ,配合放射治疗 ,能改善病人生活质量 ,取得较好的生存效果
Objective To explore the safe and effective therapeutic effect of radiotherapy for locally advanced esophageal cancer Methods 29 cases of locally advanced esophageal cancer with severe obstruction without distant metastasis were treated with nasogastric tube insertion to solve the eating difficulty and then with radical radiotherapy. Results All patients were able to successfully complete the treatment, weight and physical condition were significantly improved, all patients resumed eating. The 1-year and 2-year survival rates were 44.83% (1 3/2 9) and 2 7.59% (8/2 9), respectively. Conclusion Severe obstruction without distant metastasis of locally advanced esophageal cancer, nasogastric tube feeding and radiation therapy can improve the quality of life of patients and achieve good survival results
