任何一种工程结构中,必须将不同的零件装在一起,形成一个整体。零件间的联接可分为活动联接和固定联接;前者如轴和滑动轴承的联接、连杆和销的联接,后者如铆接、焊接、螺钉联接等。随着科学技术的发展,固定联接中出现了一种新的联接方法,叫做粘合联接。它是利用粘合剂涂在两个被联接件的中间,靠粘合剂和被联接件之间化学的、物理的和机械的力量粘合起来,并且能获得—定的强度。这种新的工艺只有十五年左右的历史,现已在各工业部门得到应用,特别在航空工业中更显示出它的优越性能。显然,粘合联接有下列优点:
In any kind of engineering structure, different parts must be put together to form a whole. Coupling between parts can be divided into active and fixed connections; such as shaft and sliding bearings, connecting rod and pin connections, the latter such as riveting, welding, screw connections. With the development of science and technology, there has been a new connection method in fixed connection, called adhesive connection. It is coated with an adhesive in the middle of the two fasteners to be glued together by chemical, physical, and mechanical forces between the adhesive and the fasteners, and a constant strength can be obtained.
