本文重点介绍了中型升降台铣床(X52K,X62W,X53K)进行经济型数控化改造中,应用圆弧齿同步带传动技术和采用内循环双螺母滚珠丝杠副及其它技术措施方案,显著地降低了数控机床的传动噪声和提高了数控机床的加工精度。指出应用圆弧齿同步带传动技术的机械改装设计方案是普通中型以上机床进行数控化改造的优选方案。
This article focuses on the mid-sized lifting table milling machine (X52K, X62W, X53K) for economical NC transformation, the application of arc tooth timing belt drive technology and the use of internal circulation double nut ball screw pair and other technical measures to significantly reduce The transmission noise of CNC machine tools and improve the machining accuracy of CNC machine tools.
