众所周知,企业的竞争归根到底是人才的竞争,人的因素关系着企业经营的成败,人才是企业振兴之本。人总是置身于某个群体之中,人的才能只有在群体活动中才能充分发挥。人与群体的关系如同零部件与机器的关系。一台机器要发挥较好的性能,不仅要求每个零部件合格,还要有一个科学的结构,才能降低各种内耗,使机器运转处于最佳状态。要使某个群体具有较大合力,就必须从总体上考虑人才组合。然而,企业在培养或引进人才时,通常注重人才数量而忽视人才群体结构是否合理,是否有助于在个人能力充分发挥的同时实现人才群体的整体效能。
As we all know, the competition of enterprises is the competition of talents in the final analysis. The factors of people are related to the success or failure of business operations, and talents are the foundation for the revitalization of enterprises. People are always in the middle of a certain group. Human talent can only be fully utilized in group activities. The relationship between people and groups is like the relationship between parts and machines. A machine to play a good performance, not only requires each component qualified, but also have a scientific structure, in order to reduce internal friction, so that the machine is running in the best condition. For a group to have greater synergy, one must consider the talent mix as a whole. However, when companies cultivate or recruit talents, they usually pay attention to the number of talents while ignoring the rationality of the talent group structure, and whether they can help realize the overall effectiveness of the talent group while fully realizing their individual capabilities.
