我国正处在全面建设小康社会的历史阶段,中央确立了科学发展观,提出了以人为本的思想,这对尽快缩短我国与发达国家在安全生产上的差距,将起到巨大的推动作用。同时,也应看到,安全生产是一项长期、复杂而艰巨的任务。既要全力工作,缩小差距,克服“悲观论”;又要做好常抓不懈,打持久战的准备,克服“速胜论”。笔者结合内蒙古自治区的实际,提出搞好安全生产的以下措施:
Our country is in the historic stage of building an overall well-to-do society. The Central Government has established the scientific development concept and put forward the people-oriented thinking. This will play a huge role in accelerating the gap between our country and the developed countries in safety in production as soon as possible. At the same time, we should also see that safety production is a long-term, complicated and arduous task. We must work hard to narrow the gap and overcome the “pessimistic theory.” We must also do our utmost to make unrelenting efforts and long-awaited preparations to overcome the “quick victory theory.” The author combines the actual situation in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region put forward the following measures to improve safety in production:
