近二十多年来,国内外水工业等各种企业,大量选用变频调速技术来实现工艺流程的节能降耗,是主流也是主题。变频器具有什么样的功能,才是安全可靠的绿色环保型的驱动装置?一个现代化的水工业网络综合自动化监控系统,监控功能标准和功能安全标准如何做到同步设计?作者就这两个主题的解决思路,提出解决问题的对策,这只是抛砖引玉,希望广大的同仁智士,都来研究这两大主题的科学技术解决之道,多快好省的完成中各行各业十一五规划的建设任务。
