以钢渣微粉为吸收剂,进行了循环硫化床(CFB-FGD)烧结烟气干法脱硫的试验研究。通过对钢渣脱硫机理以及循环流化床脱硫工艺特点的分析,讨论了进口SO2浓度、钢渣加入量、脱硫塔内雾化喷水量对脱硫率的影响。结果表明,进口SO2浓度对脱硫率的影响十分显著,增加钢渣量的同时适当增加脱硫塔内的雾化喷水量,能使脱硫率显著增加。在进口SO2浓度为900 mg/m3,钢渣加入量1 300 kg/h,脱硫塔内雾化喷水流量360 L/min,出口烟气温度为80℃时,脱硫率达到72%。
With slag powder as absorbent, the experimental research on dry desulfurization of CFB-FGD sintering flue gas was carried out. Through the analysis of the desulphurization mechanism of steel slag and the characteristics of the circulating fluidized bed desulphurization process, the effects of the imported SO2 concentration, the added amount of steel slag and the atomized water spray volume in the desulfurization tower on the desulphurization rate are discussed. The results show that the effect of SO2 concentration on the desulfurization rate is significant. Increasing the amount of steel slag and properly increasing the amount of atomized water in the desulfurization tower can significantly increase the desulfurization rate. The desulfurization rate reached 72% when the inlet SO2 concentration was 900 mg / m3, the steel slag dosage was 1 300 kg / h, the atomization water flow in the desulfurization tower was 360 L / min and the outlet flue gas temperature was 80 ℃.
