本文主要论述浙江省地矿厅领导体制由双重领导以地矿部为主改为双重领导以省人民政府为主后的职能转变情况,以及此改变对全面履行新职能产生的积极作用。
This paper mainly discusses the change of the leadership system of Zhejiang Provincial Department of Mines and Mines from the dual leadership of the Ministry of Mines and Minerals to the dual leadership of the provincial people’s government, and the positive effect of this change on the full implementation of the new functions.
