目的 探讨发不同元音 / / /a :/ /i:/时电声门图参数值是否有差异 ,明确其中哪个元音对电声门图检查更为合适。方法 对 118例受试者进行了电声门图检查 ,其中正常人 40例 ,病理嗓音组 78例 ,对发三种不同元音/ / /a :/ /i:/时电声门图参数频率微扰、振幅微扰、声门噪声能量、基频方差、接触率、接触率微扰、接触幂、接触幂微扰进行了比较并经统计学处理。结果 (1) 4 0例正常人发三种不同元音时 ,电声门图参数值均无统计学差异。 (2 ) 78例病理嗓音患者 (声带息肉 ,声带小结 ,声带囊肿 ,慢性声带炎 )发 / /和 /a :/音的电声门图参数值无统计学差异 ,而发 /i:/音时频率微扰 ,振幅微扰 ,声门噪声能量和接触率微扰明显低于 / /和 /a :/音 (P <0 .0 1、P <0 .0 1、P <0 .0 5、P<0 .0 5 ) ,而接触率则较 / /和 /a:/音时高 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 在病理状态下 ,发 /i:/音更易受代偿能力的影响 ,从而掩盖电声门图参数值的病理特征 ,因此作电声门图时 ,声样的选择应首选 / /和 /a:/音
Objective To investigate whether the vowel parameters of different vowels / / a / / i: / are different, and to determine which vowel is more suitable for electroacoustic examination. Methods A total of 118 subjects underwent echocardiography, of which 40 were normal and 78 were pathological vocal group. Three different vowel / / / / i / Frequency perturbation, amplitude perturbation, glottal noise energy, fundamental frequency variance, contact rate, contact rate perturbation, contact power, contact power perturbation were compared and statistically processed. Results (1) 40 cases of normal people made three different vowels, electroencephalogram parameter values were no significant difference. (2) Electroacoustic imaging parameters of 78 patients with pathological voice (vocal cord polyp, vocal nodules, vocal cord cysts, chronic vocal cord inflammation) and / a / Time-frequency perturbation, amplitude perturbation, glottal noise energy and contact rate perturbation were significantly lower than / / and / a: / tone (P <0.01, P <0.01, P <0.05 , P <0.05), while the contact rate was higher than / and / a: / tone (P <0.01). Conclusion In the pathological state, the hair / i: / tone is more susceptible to compensatory power, thus obscuring the pathological characteristics of the parameters of the electroacoustic imaging. Therefore, the selection of the sound sample should be the first choice / / and / a: / tone
