阐述了引线框架材料在国内外的研究与发展现状,着重分析了铜合金材料的弯曲回弹量。利用三维软件建立弯曲模型,然后在模拟软件中进行模拟,进行计算和必要的后处理后,最后根据有关数据计算出四种铜合金材料的弯曲回弹量的大小,得出四种铜合金材料CuFeP、CuCrSnZn、CuCrZrMg、CuNiSi的回弹量由大到小顺序排列为:CuCrZrMg、CuNiSi、CuFeP、CuCrSnZn,表明四种引线框架铜合金材料的弯曲性能依次增大;铜合金框架材料的最小弯曲半径越小,其回弹量越小。
