目的探讨稀土元素在小鼠肝细胞核和线粒体中的蓄积情况。方法选用雄性ICR小鼠灌喂高、中、低3种不同剂量的稀土元素(La、Ce、Nd),6周后使用电感耦合等离子体-质谱(ICP-MS)仪测量小鼠肝细胞核和线粒体中稀土元素的含量。结果随着染毒剂量的增加,细胞核和线粒体中稀土元素的含量增加,细胞核中稀土元素的含量明显高于线粒体中的稀土元素含量。结论稀土元素(La、Ce、Nd)可以进入肝细胞,主要蓄积在肝细胞核。
Objective To investigate the accumulation of rare earth elements in the liver nuclei and mitochondria of mice. Methods Male ICR mice were fed with high, medium and low doses of rare earth elements (La, Ce, Nd) at different dosages. Six weeks later, ICP-MS was used to measure the hepatocyte nucleus and Rare earth elements in mitochondria. Results With the increase of dose, the content of REE in nucleus and mitochondria increased, and the content of rare earth elements in nucleus was significantly higher than that in mitochondria. Conclusions Rare-earth elements (La, Ce, Nd) can enter hepatocytes and mainly accumulate in the nucleus of hepatocytes.
