高分子科学的重要任务之一是从聚合物凝聚态结构出发 ,阐明和预报体系的平衡与非平衡态的物理性质 ,达到能够定量描述聚合物复杂结构与性能关系的目标 ,最终应用于材料的设计与加工。该领域的研究已成为国际上学术界关注焦点和研究热点 ,富于挑战性 ,属高分子科学、凝聚态物理、材料科学和计算数学等学科交叉点和新的学科生长点。目前尚缺乏从微观到宏观的系统认识 ,虽然在各个尺度内的方法已比较成熟 ,但还没有做到多尺度上的连贯性 ,不同尺度间衔接的研究是今后的重大课题
