我院1959年以来共收治了近10例 Wege-ner’s 肉芽肿患者。现就三名患者的诊断失误,分析如下:例1 张×,女性,24岁。入院前三个月开始头痛、食欲不振、鼻塞、流脓性鼻涕、咳嗽、咯白色泡沫样痰。眼花、耳鸣、听力下降。经 X 线检查,发现肺内有块状影及神经系统的改变,在某医院诊断为肺癌 X脑转移,肺内霉菌感染,转入我院。查:T 37.4℃,P 100次/分,一般状态佳,全身浅表淋巴结不肿大,皮肤巩膜无黄染及溃疡,瞳孔左>右,双侧眼球凸出,双侧鼻粘
Our hospital since 1959 treated nearly 10 cases of Wege-ner’s granulomatous patients. Three patients are now on the diagnosis of errors, as follows: Example 1 × ×, female, 24 years old. Three months before admission, headache, loss of appetite, nasal congestion, purulent nasal discharge, coughing, and slightly white foamy sputum. Vertigo, tinnitus, hearing loss. X-ray examination found that the massive lumps of the lungs and nervous system changes in a hospital diagnosis of lung cancer X brain metastases, intrapulmonary fungal infections, transferred to our hospital. Check: T 37.4 ℃, P 100 beats / min, the general state is good, systemic superficial lymph nodes are not enlarged, the skin sclera without yellow dye and ulcers, pupil left> right, bilateral eyeball protruding, bilateral nasal sticky
